EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

EXCHANGE:

Pink Flamingo Clothing with gladly exchange items within 14 days of delivery of a product with an original receipt. The item/ items must be in their original state : unwashed, unaltered and must have all the tags attached.

We will arrange for a pick up right from your doorstep if you want to initiate an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, you will have to either email us at [email protected] or whatsapp us on +91 9731113030. Once we have a chat with you regarding the reason for exchange, we will arrange for a pick up. This usually takes 1-7 working days. After the product reaches us, we
will dispatch the product that you want in exchange working 1-2 working days.

Please note that the entire exchange process may take 7-12 working days.

REFUNDS:

Please note that a product is eligible for refund only if it is defective or if a wrong size was delivered to you.

To initiate a refund, you will have to either email us at [email protected] or Whatsapp us on +91 9731113030. Once we have a chat with you regarding the reason for refund, we will arrange for a pick up of the product from your doorstep. This usually takes 1-7 days. Once the product reaches us and we inspect it, we will refund the amount that you paid.

All refunds are done by bank transfer only.
