1. What is the shipping fee for my order?

We offer FREE shipping on orders above 999. For orders below that, we charge a shipping fee of Rs.55

2. Do you offer COD?

We most certainly do! We don’t even charge you extra for it.

3. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

You’ll receive your order within 2-4 days!

4. What if I don’t like the product after it reaches me?

That’s highly unlikely because our return requests are very low. BUT, if you don’t like your product or if it doesn’t fit, you can get it exchanged or returned at no extra cost. We’re only a  call/ Whatsapp text/ email away. At the end of the day, if you're not happy, we're not happy! :(

5. What is the refund/ return process like?

If you want to return or exchange your product, all you have to do is call/ email/ Whatsapp us. We will initiate a pick up from your doorstep at no extra cost to pick up the product. Once we receive your product, we will refund the amount via Bank Transfer. This process usually takes 5-7 working days! We refund/ exchange products as long as it's unused and all the tags are intact.
